Now Faith Is…

Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

The believer in the earth must live by faith. All that God does for us… the things He has said… all of His promises come by faith. Faith was in operation before the fall of mankind. When Adam disobeyed God, he took all of mankind into the carnal state, the worldly state, the state of the five senses. After Jesus died for the sins of the world, and made the way for mankind to come back to God, the only way for man to return to the God who created him, he had to return to a life of faith. LEARNING TO LIVE BY FAITH

We have reached the place in our Christian walk where it is time to live by faith. This is something that we must learn to do. And let me quickly add that God is not looking over us to beat us when we fail at it. We will fall until we get it right.

First let me say that faith is from God. He originated it. He birthed it into being, not the Devil. Before the fall of Adam faith was in the earth and Adam (Eve) lived by faith. But after the fall of Adam, Adam and all that were born from Him, to include you and me, lived by the five senses – sight, touch, hearing, smelling, tasting. But sense the death and resurrection and ascension of our Lord Jesus the Christ, and especially the coming of the Holy Spirit, faith can take its proper place in the lives of those who live for God in the earth. And little by little believers have learned and began to live by faith. (This may be a little different the next time you hear it but the main point will be the same.) [Read more…]

FAITH IN GOD

You have stepped into the world of “faith in God”. It is a world where everything you are, everything you have, everything you do, and everything you say is by faith. From this night on you have got to remember and keep uppermost in your mind that faith is the key to all you do and say. The continuous operation in faith is very important to your spiritual growth and development. As you believe that Jesus died and rose from the dead by faith and as you believe that you are filled with the Holy Spirit by faith, you now use that same faith to walk and carry on all your business in this world. This is one of the things that God is seeking to do: to have a people who will use faith to live in this natural world. Satan wants you to be controlled by your feelings or senses, but you are not under Satan’s dominion anymore. You are under the dominion of the Kingdom of God. Thus whether in this world or out of this world you operate in life on faith in God. We are returning to the life that Adam lived before the fall – a faith life, a life of faith. [Read more…]

Faith a Way of Life

Because you are born again you have a measure of faith in you. Once you get faith… once faith comes into your life… you have what Adam lost in his life when he disobeyed God. Jesus spent quite a bit of time teaching faith. No matter what the situation call for Jesus reached for faith to solve it. He lived by faith, using faith to take Him through every aspect of life. RENEW YOUR SPIRIT

Those who believe on the Lord Jesus the Christ are being renewed through and by the word of God and their faith. The child of God, those who believe on Christ Jesus, must meditate the word of God everyday, everyday. The word of God is going to renew you. The word of God is going to renew your mind. WORD MADE FLESH

The word manifests or converts into flesh by faith. Quote: “…the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us” John 1:14. So we can take the word and meditate it and continue to say it and meditate it until it manifests into a material thing that you are praying for.

We have got to get use to the reality that we came out of God. We also have come from or out of the word. We are a product of God, His word, His life. We move and have our being because of Him. That part of Him that makes Him who He is… is in us. It is part of us. [Read more…]

A NEW BEGINNING

 A new beginning… born again… a new day… living in a new kingdom by faith… living a new way of life… all based on the word of God. In other words, your life is based on the word of God now.

God has worked long and hard to get His life and His word into the earth into His people/creation. Everything you do now, everything that comes to you, all that you have… all that you are, is based on the word of God… and comes out of the word. And for those who do not know, the Word is God or God is His Word.

You will find that in the Kingdom of God, you want for nothing. Like Adam, before the fall, he had everything he needed to live on this earth. In the Kingdom of God you will have all of your needs met by faith. You walk by faith in the will and in the word of God. [Read more…]

A KEY TO YOUR FAITH BECOMING SIGHT

Focus Text: Gal. 5:6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

          The subject is simply saying that there is a key to having what we are believing God for.  Mature saints know that when they pray their faith must be in the word of God.  And they know that there must be no doubt in their hearts concerning the thing(s) that they are praying for.  This teaching takes you to the next level of faith in seeing your prayers answered. 

          Many saints believe God, and they believe His word.  Many are even doing all the right things – giving tithes and offerings, praying in the Spirit, walking uprightly, meditating in the word, etc.  But for some reason they still do not have what they are believing God for.  They have yet to see answers to most of their prayers.  [Read more…]
