The life we have/live now is God’s life, the life of God. This is the life that He wanted us to have since before Adam fail. This is the life that God wants us to live in the earth by faith. Not the carnal life, not the worldly life, but the life of faith. Adam lost this life when he fell to the Devil and to his way of living, but you can live this life through the faith that is within you.
There was and there is another life we can live. It is the “life of God”. We receive His life through faith in our Lord Jesus the Christ. And the moment we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior by faith, this life, God’s life, comes into us… comes into our spirit by faith. We are taken into the world of God and the “life of God” by faith. Because of our bodies, we physically remain in this world, but spiritually we are born again. We have new life, another life, if you please, and God wants us to begin living this (new) life while still in the earth. And we live this (new) life by knowledge from the word of God and taking that word into us (our spirits) by faith, and through the process of the Holy Spirit converting that word, that knowledge, into the life of God within us. For God is His word. The life of God is (in) His Word.
In God’s mind or in His way of thinking, you are a new creation now. God started life for you all over again in Christ and through Christ. The old life, the fallen life, the life of sin has passed away.
We get a new life… we come out of death [the death that Satan had mankind in] through the power of the Holy Spirit. We get life the way God created life in the beginning. The same life that Adam was created to live.
Through the Holy Spirit, you are filled with all the fullness of God by faith. In other words, you have the life of God in you. God’s life now is your life and you are filled with the life of God.
Your spirit is alive now with the life of God in it. This is the life that He wanted you to have and to live all the time. So God takes us back to the place Adam was before the fall. He is giving us the opportunity that He gave to Adam, to live His life in the earth.
God’s word comes a-live in us and is manifested in us as we walk by faith in Him. So it can be said that the life we have now has been restored to us by the Holy Spirit. We live by the life of the Holy Spirit of God now. We have His life, the life of God within us. And we live out His life in the earth, God passing in to us all the things that He wanted to pass in to the earth since Adam.
The two… you and the Holy Spirit, walking together to carry out the will and the word of God in the earth is the goal. This is what God wants.
The word teaches, now, that those who are in Christ are to live by faith through grace, to walk in the Spirit and to walk in love and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
God wants the earth to be filled with His Spirit, filled with His life. As He is, He wants us to be. Ezek 36:27 “And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.”
God was showing us the way He wanted man to give expression to His life and to His Kingdom. And how was that? By putting His Spirit within man and causing man to walk in His word.
The only way we can walk in the word of God is through the Spirit of God, God’s Holy Spirit within us.
John 15:4 “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. 6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. 9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.”
Live in me. 4 “Live in me, and I will live in you. (God’s Word translation) A branch cannot produce any fruit by itself. It has to stay attached to the vine. In the same way, you cannot produce fruit unless you live in me.” The life of the branch is in the vine. v5 “I am the vine. You are the branches. Those who live in me while I live in them will produce a lot of fruit. But you can’t produce anything without me.” The life flow comes from God, the Vine. All that God wants in the earth will come from the vine through the branches. You are connected now. You have been grafted in. You have everything you need to bare the fruit of the Kingdom of God in the earth. Flowing through you is the life of the Kingdom. That life produces the life of the Kingdom. By faith, let it flow. No hesitation, no doubt, you are in Christ through faith; therefore through faith let the life of God flow through you to bring life into every situation that you go through. Healing, blessing, restoration, joy, peace, etc! v7 “If you live in me and what I say lives in you (God’s words), then ask for anything you want, and it will be yours. (All that God has ever said is alive today.) 8 You give glory to my Father when you produce a lot of fruit (words) and therefore show that you are my disciples.” If the word of God lives in you <x2…, this is the key! You want to know when to put this in practice? You want to know when you can do the things that Jesus did. When you get the word in you and that word lives in you by faith (…is alive in you). v9 “I have loved you the same way the Father has loved me. So live in my love. 10 If you obey my commandments (words), you will live in my love. I have obeyed my Father’s commandments (words), and in that way I live in his love.
By the fact of your coming into this life or lets say returning to this life, you come into the same life that Jesus lived. You come into the same life that Adam had before he fell. This is the life that he fell from when he disobeyed God. With this life, you have the same power that Jesus had/have. You can do the very same thing that Jesus did. If you focus, you can do the same things that Jesus did, because you have the same life that He had/has. You have this life on the earth as He has in heaven.
Your biggest challenge is the word. You must have the word of God in you. This is why we are to meditate the word day and night, for it is the word that changes the life you have. It is the word that makes you or put you on the same level that God is on. Through the word or in the word you take on the image or likeness of God. So the more word you get into you the more you are like Him. The more word you get into you the more you can do the things that He did when He was on the earth.
You are taken into the world of God and the “life of God” by faith. Because of your body, you physically remain in the earth, but spiritually you are born again. You have new life, another life, if you please, and God wants you to begin living this life while still in the earth. And you live this life by knowledge from the word of God and taking that word into your spirits by faith, and through the process of the Holy Spirit converting that word, that knowledge, into the life of God within you. For God is His word. The word is God. And, the life of God is His word. This is why He wants you to meditate the word. This is why you meditate the word day and night. This is what many Christians are missing. God is His word.
The word you read (meditate on) is turned into the life of God by the power of the Holy Spirit. The word of God in you returns to… or returns to the life of God within you. This is the life of God in you. You return to the life… the same life that God intended for people to have in the beginning. This is what Adam lost when he disobeyed God. This is what we gained when we were born again. You have this life now. This life is in you by faith now. All that is in God is in you by faith now.
So now live. Get the word in you. The word of God is your new life. The word of God and the Spirit of God working together in you, bringing into you the life of God now. God is His word. The word is God. The Holy Spirit connects you. He keeps you connected to the life of God. As long as you live He (the Holy Spirit) will be apart of your life.
God is the word. The Holy Spirit is the life of the word. That life is in you.
