The question: are you willing for the Holy Spirit to separate you, set you aside, to prepare you for the work that God has called you to do?  Are you willing to spend time with God the Holy Spirit in preparation for the work that he has for you?  Many want to do ministry but do not want to be prepared for ministry.  Many want to see miracles but do not want God to get them and their lives ready for miracles.  To see healings, deliverances, miracles, blessings, salvations, you must offer yourself to God completely, becoming a living sacrifice, dieing daily so that the life of Christ might be manifested in your mortal body.

As Christians who have been called to serve God in the earth, to carry out His purpose for the church, we must see ourselves as the modern day priest who have been called to stand in the presence of God.  Our job is to minister to God with our praise, prayers, intercession, and obedience.  To stand in His presence, we must be sanctified; having the righteousness of God in us by the blood of Jesus Christ.  With purity of heart we should come before God, daily walking in obedience to His word, blameless before the world.

One thing that you can be sure of in this spiritual life and spiritual walk with God is the constant and consistent dealings of the Lord in your life.  Once you are truly committed to obeying God, and once you are committed to walking with Him whatever it may cost you, God starts the process of dealing with you to maximize the fruit in your life.  When He is through, all those things that he has planted in you, in your spirit, will come forth, will manifest themselves.  In other words, the Lord’s dealings in your life will lead to your baring spiritual fruit from the life of God in you and somebody is going to be fed; somebody is going to be helped; somebody is going to overcome because of the fruit or because of what they are able to get from your life. The Lord’s dealings have to do with the times when God comes into your life to squeeze you, to mold you and shape you, to spin you on the potter’s wheel, to place you in a wilderness experience, to see that you go through a dry place, to make sure you know and can appreciate the fiery furnace, to prepare you, to get you ready to serve Him in the earth.  And the last battle ground you will experience is you.  That’s right, you; not liquor, not smoking, not the lust of the flesh, not your sins, but you.

I wish that I could tell you that everyday is going to be Sunday; that your life will be lived on a bed of roses, but I can not do it.  First of all, the devil will not allow it; and then, the Lord and the way He deals with you will not allow it.  I can say, if it brings any comfort, that the Lord counts you special, and that whatever He does in your life or allows in your life will work for good.  The thing that also helps is knowing God’s purpose.  Knowing that you are not just going through to be going through.  Knowing that you are not just suffering in vain.  Knowing that the trials, the persecutions, the attacks of the enemy are not just happening for no reason.  God has a purpose, and that is, to, Col. 1:22, … present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:  Knowing this then, you should not feel like God has let you down.  You should not feel like He has abandoned you or that He does not love you or that He is angry with you.  Knowing God’s purpose and His goals for your life, you should not ever get to the place where you do not want to go on.  Yes, the way can get hard.  Yes, there are trials on every hand.  Yes, the enemy seems to never leave you alone.  But God.  But God, is with you.  And He will always be with you, dealing in your life until He has completed and perfected you in the ways He would have you to go.

We are the generation that will be used by God to establish His will in the earth. We have His word. We have His Holy Spirit. He lives in us. We live in Him. All that we need now is obedience. Obey God. Do what He is leading to do. I want to see lives saved. I want to see people healed. I want to see miracles. Most of all, I want to see the manifestation of the kingdom of God in the earth. Most of all, I want to see His will being done through our lives.  To see this, I must obey God; you must obey God. The church must obey God. Then He can channel through us His will, word, power, anointing, and life. How many are willing to walk with God in obedience? Then, lets stand and surrender our all to God like all the other great men and women God. Let us determine to have steadfast and unshakable faith. Let us commit ourselves to the Word of God. Let us resolve to never look back. And…let us commit our lives to obey God.

Obedience is the key. It is the answer. God has released me to share it with you today so that you might receive all those things that life in the Spirit brings. You can have exactly what God said you can have. You can do exactly what God said you can do. The only requirement is obedience. And then obedience is always connected with the blessing. Read the Bible and think. Those who worked miracles…those who did exploits…those who were greatly used by God…those who prospered…those who were blessed…those who rose above everyone else…were those who obeyed God. Those who disobeyed God were cursed. They lived a life of failure and defeat. They were always needy. Instead of rising above, they sank beneath. They were always the tail instead of the head. I want you to purpose from this day to obey God. You owe it to yourself and you owe it to God.

What will it require of you to enter such a life?  What will you have to do to attain to such a life in Christ in God?  The same thing that Moses required of the people of Israel: Deut. 10:12 And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, 13 To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?  Translated, it can be stated in one word – Obedience.  Obey God.

Christianity is not just another religion. It is Jesus Christ, alive, living in every believer. Those who live and move in this consciousness find themselves well able to stand and overcome what they go through in this life. Also, it increases their faith in God and in their ability to do what He gives them to do. We learned how that there is a reason why you are in the earth. The reason broken down: to do the will of God; to be a vessel of honor unto the Lord; to reproduce after God’s own kind; to be used by the Holy Spirit; to prove the perfect will of God, Rom. 12:1,2; to seek the kingdom of God in all of its manifestations. We learned that the Holy Spirit is in the earth to help you. And then we learned that those who believe on the Lord Jesus the Christ have access to special strength to live and do the work of God. Last, we learned that God is to be glorified in our bodies. This is a powerful teaching for spiritual growth.

God has ordained for His Spirit to live, to abide, in you.  And part of what He wants to do is to reveal Christ through you. All you need to do is yield to His working in you and through you. You can not prove that Jesus is alive on your own, but the Holy Spirit in you can prove it. It is His job to prove it. All He needs is a dedicated, consecrated body to work through. You are that body. Let the Spirit have His way in you Yield to Him your all and be what He has ordained for you to be. Thus you can convince the world about Him.

The Spirit of God is maturing you; it is part of the vision of what He wants to do.  God wants every believer to grow to the stature of the fullness of Christ. He wants you to grow up into Christ in all things.  Which means there are going to be some breaking in our lives, some reshaping, some remaking. The Holy Spirit is going to do some planting in us, which means the rocks and roots and weeds, things that represent the things of the world will have to come up and come out of us. Are you willing to let the Spirit do His work in you so that the He can mature you?  Right now He is dealing in your life according to the perfect will of God for you.
